"I went down a millions of stairs, at least, arm in arm with you...

Do you remember the last time you tried something for the first time? Your first beer, for example. It probably tasted way bitter than you imagined. That flavor that even though did not taste so good, made you feel like you were a grown-up. It was something new, something you would give the white-glove treatment to. You could not say “I don’t like it”, It would not have been fair to the “ready-to-grow-up” you, the “I-am-ready-to-try-new-things” you, the “I-want-to-be-adult” you. Are you still able to feel like this sometimes? Trying something new every day is not easy. This is Nidaba’s purpose, trying giving you always new feelings anytime you set foot in. Nidaba is not a club, not a brewery, not a pub. It is all of this and much more. It is a gastropub, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. A place where everyone can find something that will make them feel good. Andrea and Daniela are the owners of this realm since the 80s and everyday they work with one and only goal: doing something that people will forever remember. The quality of the ingredients, added to the variety of beers, make Nidaba one-of-a-kind place, always able to surprise you, like the first time. A menu that combines taste, simplicity and personality. Handmade sandwiches and toasts, hamburgers like the Cheddar-burger, the refined Norwegian sandwich, give Nidaba’s clients something to talk about. I mean, we are Italians, we love to talk about what we eat. This is why the truffle toast with cooked ham and grilled Dobbiaco cheese is not just a dish but a story to tell. Not to mention the fried food. Ah, the fried food. Concrete example of love and its flavor. Let’s not beat around the bush. We could talk about the desserts, the vegetarian and vegan dishes, but what’s the point? You probably want to do it.
